Mars 2024 - Univid har gjennomført kapitalinnhenting
Univid har i mars 2024 fullført en kapitalinnhenting på NOK 9 592 000. Kursen ble satt til NOK 0,08, som var den kursen aksjene i Univid hadde ved avnotering.
Ved førstkommende ekstraordinære generalforsamling vil det initieres en reparasjonsemisjon hvor øvrige aksjonærer som ikke deltok i kapitalinnhentingen vil kunne tegne seg til tilsvarende vilkår.
March 2024 - Univid has completed a capital raise
Univid has in March 2024 completed a capital raise of NOK 9 592 000. The share price was set at NOK 0.08, which was the price of the shares in Univid at the time of the delisting.
At the next extraordinary general meeting, a repair issue will be initiated where other shareholders who did not participate in the capital raising will be able to subscribe on similar terms.
